Specwall is continuing its growth across the UK construction market and is looking to recruit two new team members to support the increasing demand for its advanced wall systems.
The company is currently recruiting for the following roles:
- Technical Design Manager
- Sales / Specification Manager
These appointments will strengthen both the technical and commercial capabilities of the business as Specwall continues to expand across healthcare, education, residential, commercial, infrastructure and other specialist construction sectors.
Technical Design Manager
The Technical Design Manager will play an important role in supporting project delivery, technical submissions and design coordination.
Working closely with the technical, commercial and operational teams, the successful candidate will prepare project-specific drawings, technical details, installation information and supporting documentation while helping to develop and improve the Specwall system.
The role is suited to candidates with experience in areas such as light gauge steel framing, drylining, fire-rated systems, modular construction, façade systems or specialist walling.
Previous Specwall experience is not required, as full product and system training will be provided.
Sales / Specification Manager
The Sales / Specification Manager will focus on developing specifications, building relationships across the construction industry and identifying new project opportunities.
Working alongside the technical and commercial teams, the successful candidate will engage with architects, consultants, contractors, developers and specialist subcontractors to promote Specwall systems from the early design stage through to secured orders.
The role would suit candidates with experience in construction product sales, specification sales, drylining, fire-rated systems, light gauge steel framing, modular construction or specialist walling systems.
As with the Technical Design Manager role, previous Specwall experience is not essential.
